Misha is an independently owned Australian luxury label that specializes in unique occasion-wear. Founded in 2013, the brand has quickly become a go-to for women seeking sophisticated and elegant attire for special events. The brand’s collections have been featured in top fashion publications worldwide, and have gained a following among celebrities and style icons alike. Misha is committed to ethical and sustainable practices, and sources its materials from environmentally responsible suppliers.

THE CHALLENGE

Misha’s mission was to uphold a minimum Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) of 8x while simultaneously increasing brand recognition and expanding our market reach

STRATEGY

To drive awareness, consideration, decision, and retention for Misha, we implemented a comprehensive social media strategy. This included a 4-layer full circle funnel and seasonal campaigns to target different stages of the customer journey. To stay on top of the brand’s collection drops, we optimized our media creative turnover and continuously refined our campaigns to identify what was working best.

For search engine marketing (SEM), we targeted customers who were actively searching for the Misha brand. By utilizing exact and phrase matching keywords related to the brand, we were able to ensure that our ads were seen by the most relevant audiences.

To further optimize our search engine presence, we built out a comprehensive keyword strategy for search engine optimization (SEO). By identifying the most relevant keywords and phrases, we were able to provide high-quality traffic to the Misha website and encourage conversions. Overall, our integrated approach to digital marketing helped to drive results for the Misha brand and reach their target audience effectively.

THE RESULTS

Over the past year, we have yielded impressive results for Misha’s digital marketing, driving significant revenue growth. Our social media and SEO strategies led to a remarkable 58% increase in revenue.

Our targeted ads were highly effective in driving consideration among potential customers. In particular, our search ads achieved a 36% increase in conversion rates, indicating that our keyword targeting and ad copy resonated with the intended audience.

On social media, we successfully reached the right audience with relevant messaging and reflective landing pages, resulting in an 11% increase in average session durations. Our goal to expand into new markets was successful, gaining 41% more new users on social media and 15% more on search.
