We were client number 3 when Impressive started close to 10 years ago, and they’ve been great to work with ever since. Our business grew from 3-4 staff to over 70 now and operating in multiple countries accross multiple selling channels. About two years ago, as we continued to grow, we brought more marketing in-house (for content creation, coordination etc). We thought since we have a team in house, it would be worth also bring SEO and SEM in house. The idea was to gain efficiencies across SEO and SEM by managing it internally alongside our broader marketing direction and content. Fast forward to now, and we’re back with Impressive. There’s a common belief that you can do it better or cheaper in-house or elsewhere. In reality, the level of labour, expertise, and constant learning required rarely stacks up against the value a strong agency can deliver. In our case, Impressive has always stood out. They are transparent, easy to work with, and genuinely results-driven. What I value most is their model. More technical specialists based in Australia, fewer layers, and less reliance on account managers. It removes the fluff and gives us direct access to the people actually doing the work. That’s a big shift from the traditional agency setup where outcomes often depend on how good or how available the account manager is. If you run a small e-commerce business and are ready to take it to the next level, it doesn't get any better than Impressive Digital. I was very impressed when I visited Impressive at Richmond, and loved the warm, genuine welcome I got from them - not salesy, but completely professional.
