ABOUT OUR INITIATIVE
Mission Impressive started as a simple initiative to collect our recyclable containers together for Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme. As an agency, we’re collecting these containers and all choose a different charity to donate the proceeds to each month.
The initiative has since developed into Impressive’s very own movement for social change, incorporating a host of philanthropic activities that cater to all employees within the agency so everyone can be involved.
Standing for two simple, yet impactful reasons, Mission Impressive strives to:
1) Positively contribute back to our local community and charities
2) Enrich the sense of fulfilment and purpose for our people

Mission Impressive: Making an Impact Together
At Impressive, we believe in creating meaningful change through action. Mission Impressive is our way of integrating philanthropy into our daily work, ensuring our team has multiple opportunities to give back while fostering a deeper sense of purpose, fulfillment, and collaboration.
We focus our efforts across three key areas to maximise our impact:
Partnering with Uniting
We’ve teamed up with Uniting, a not-for-profit community service organisation supporting people across Victoria and Tasmania. Every month, we’re sending a team of Impressive volunteers visits Uniting’s Hartley Community Dining Room to serve meals and connect with members of our local community. Through this program, our team will build meaningful relationships while strengthening teamwork and leadership skills.
Recycling for a Cause
Through the Victorian Government Container Deposit Scheme, our team collects eligible drink containers in our office recycling container. At the end of each month, we donate the collected funds to a charity chosen by our team. This simple yet effective initiative turns everyday waste into valuable support for causes we care about—giving our team a tangible sense of accomplishment everyday.
Impressive Run Club
Wellness meets philanthropy with our weekly Impressive Run Club. For every kilometer run, Impressive donates $1 to a charity selected by the Run Club that month. This initiative not only promotes fitness and well-being, but also ensures our team’s efforts contribute to a greater purpose.
Through Mission Impressive, we’re turning small actions into meaningful impact—one step, one meal, and one donation at a time.
RUN FOR THE KIDS
On Sunday, April 6th 2025, our Impressive Run Club got together to participate in the Royal Children’s Hospital Run for the Kids — rallying under the banner of Mission Impressive to make every step count. Across the team, we clocked an incredible 126km on the day, with several of our runners placing in the top 10% — a testament to the energy that drives everything we do. The funds we raised went directly to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal, helping support kids and their families when they need it most.
TOWERS FOR CHANGE
On Sunday, April 30th, Em from Team Impressive took on the Towers for Change stair climb — 169 floors, powered by purpose. Em joined hundreds of others raising vital funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. Not only did she smash the climb, but she also placed in the top 11% of participants — proving that passion and purpose are a powerful combo. Every step made a difference, and this kind of effort is exactly what fuels our commitment as a B Corp Certified agency.
TEAM VOLUNTEERING AT UNITING’S HARTLEY’S MEALS
Our team regularly volunteers at Uniting South Yarra’s Hartley’s Meals Community Food Centre. This program offers more than just a hot meal; it provides a welcoming space where individuals facing hardship can find nourishment and connection. By dedicating our time and energy, we’re able to turn intention into action and make a tangible difference in our local community.
