Viktoria & Woods was established in 2004 by Margie Woods, with a simple approach to create effortless wardrobe staples with a pared-back modern feel.

5 years ago, in 2019, Viktoria & Woods partnered with Impressive to meet ambitious online revenue targets following the launch of their new Shopify website.

The goal was to scale their eCommerce presence and achieve sustainable growth in a highly competitive market.

Throughout the 5 year partnership, our digital marketing strategy for Viktoria & Woods evolved with changing market conditions and emerging industry trends.

Impressive focused on working as an extension of this fashion eCommerce brand’s team to ensure we would deliver the best possible results. Initially, we focused on building a solid foundation through a multi-channel paid media approach, targeting users at all stages of the sales funnel.

We continuously optimised the user journey through various activities; refining ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to align with Viktoria & Woods’ customer preferences which evolved over time. Regular performance reviews allowed us to adjust spend efficiently, focusing on the most effective channels and campaigns.

By combining strategy, paid media, SEO, and programmatic advertising, we developed an agile approach that delivered long-term results, keeping the brand competitive over the years in the rapidly growing fashion eCommerce market.
